To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only ship through reputed and reliable courier partners.
While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or stock availability. However, we will inform you before shipping in such cases.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package and immediately contact our Customer Care at mail- Support@jayeshtraders.com & customer support no.+91 9891980860 mentioning your order reference number. We will make every effort to provide a replacement at the earliest.
Please note: All items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian tax regulations.
Shipping Partners
We use BlueDart, Delhivery, Shree Maruti Express, and DTDC (or other courier partners available at checkout) to deliver products across India.
In special cases, we may also ship through India Post/Speed Post for remote areas where courier services are not available. However, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines for such shipments.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Total Delivery Time: 2–5 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery timelines are subject to courier company operations and may vary due to unforeseen delays.
Please plan your orders in advance instead of last-minute requests to avoid inconvenience.

Guarantee or Warranty
All our products come with a 15-day warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. If a defect is confirmed during this period, the product will be replaced.
Warranty does not apply if:
The product has been misused, dropped, or physically damaged.
The product has been exposed to water, fire, chemicals, or static discharge.
The product has been tampered with, soldered, or altered in any way.
Refunds / Replacements
We guarantee accurate product descriptions and quality as listed on our website. To protect customers against shipping damage, missing parts, or mismatched items:
Customers must report complaints within 2 days of delivery by contacting us through the Support page.
Once verified, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
After receiving the product, our team will inspect and issue a replacement or a full refund if replacement stock is unavailable.
Refunds/replacements will not apply if the product shows misuse, accidental damage, or alterations.
Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled only if they are in Pending or Payment Verification status.
Once the order is processed/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Order cancellation may attract a 5% bank/transaction charge, depending on the payment method used.
Due to product nature and strict quality checks, cancellation without a valid reason is not accepted.
Final decision on refunds and cancellations rests with Jayesh Traders.
Return Guidelines
Once we confirm the item cannot be repaired remotely, we will issue an RMA Number.
The RMA number must be clearly mentioned on the return package.
Do not write directly on product packaging.
All returns must include the original invoice and packaging slip.
Defective/unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 working days of receiving the return.
Limits of Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by courier partners.
Improper installation of products.
Electrical damages caused by incorrect polarity or connections.
