Shipping Policy – Jayesh Traders

At Jayesh Traders, we strive to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Shipping Partners

We ship only through reputed and reliable courier partners, including:

  • BlueDart

  • Delhivery

  • Shree Maruti Express

  • DTDC

  • India Post/Speed Post (for remote areas only – delivery timelines may vary)

All shipments are dispatched with a valid invoice as per Indian tax regulations.


2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

  • Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday to Saturday)

  • Transit Time: 2–4 business days (depending on location and courier service)

  • Total Delivery Time: 2–5 business days

👉 Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
👉 Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.


4. Delivery Guidelines

  • If the package is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately contact us at:

  • Mention your Order Reference Number when reporting the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.


5. Warranty & Guarantee

All our products come with a 15-day warranty (from the date of delivery) covering manufacturing defects only.

Warranty will not apply if:

  • The product is misused, dropped, or physically damaged.

  • The product is exposed to water, fire, chemicals, or static discharge.

  • The product has been tampered with, soldered, or altered.


6. Refunds & Replacements (Shipping Damage / Wrong Items)

To protect customers against shipping issues, missing parts, or mismatched items:

  • Complaints must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • Once verified, a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be issued.

  • Returned items must include the original invoice and packaging slip.

  • Upon inspection, we will issue a replacement or a refund (if replacement stock is unavailable).


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they are in Pending or Payment Verification status.

  • Once processed/dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • A 5% transaction fee may be charged for cancellations depending on the payment method.

  • Unjustified cancellations are not accepted due to strict quality checks.

  • Final decision on refunds/cancellations rests with Jayesh Traders.


8. Limits of Responsibility

Jayesh Traders will not be responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners.

  • Improper installation of products.

  • Electrical or functional damage due to incorrect usage or connections.
