We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment receipt) is required.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), Jayesh Traders will bear the return shipping cost.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In case of late or missing refunds, please first check with your bank/credit card provider.
6. Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
