1. Return Window
You can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment receipt) is required.
Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or custom manufacturing reasons. These include:
Consumables (e.g., food items, chemicals)
Personal-use items (e.g., safety gear)
Customized or made-to-order products
3. Return Process

Our support team will guide you through the process.
Please ship the item to the return address provided below.
4. Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For late or missing refunds, please check with your bank/credit card provider before contacting us.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards or vouchers
Downloadable software or digital products
Clearance or final sale items
